Project Introduction.
an enterprise risk management platform
The project involved developing the RR-SMR Active Risk Management (ARM) system, an enterprise risk management platform for Rolls Royce SMR. Launched on 10th January 2023, the aim was to centralise strategic and operational risk management and facilitate efficient risk reporting through Power BI, enhancing visibility and efficiency across the business.
The Problem.
Rolls Royce SMR required an efficient system to manage and report organisational risks, where existing processes were fragmented and lacked clear visibility across different levels of the business.

Our Solution.
Our approach included:
- ARM Platform Development: Configuring the ARM platform to suit the RR-SMR business and reporting structure, aligning it with the Risk Management Framework.
- Power BI Risk Reporting: Creating user-friendly Power BI risk reports at work package, programme, and strategic levels, including a data health checker for missing risk data.
- System Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of the ARM system with Power BI for daily data refreshes.
