Northrop Grumman had an ambition to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen operational methods to bolster the company's already strong reputation within its customer base.
Our Solution.
To address the challenges identified, a comprehensive assessment was initiated to evaluate the project management maturity within Northrop Grumman NSS. The scope encompassed all departments and business units involved in project delivery, covering key areas such as planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. The methodology involved interviews, document reviews, and surveys, led by experienced project management professionals. The end goal was to provide a detailed report and recommendations for implementing best practices.
