The Problem.
Heathrow required an efficient method to monitor weekly project progress, where existing systems were cumbersome and lacked user engagement, leading to challenges in timely decision-making and stakeholder involvement.

- Excel-Based Reporting Development: Creating a user-friendly Excel report that pulls schedule information from Primavera P6 and translates it into a final Power BI report.
- Integration with Primavera P6 and Power BI: Ensuring seamless data flow from Primavera P6 to Power BI to enable stakeholders to access schedule performance information effectively.
- Power BI Report Development: Developing a Power BI report to present the assessment outcome, facilitating discussions, and aiding in improvement plan development.
