Movar has been focusing on the continuous improvement and maintenance of a robust reporting suite previously developed for Thames Water. This suite is integral to the monthly reporting cycle, aiming to provide an intuitive and simple digital reporting solution for project progress tracking.
The Problem.
While the existing reporting suite was functional, there was a need for continuous enhancements to cater to evolving project control requirements, ensuring the tool remained effective even in less mature data environments and addressing challenges in user experience and performance.


Our Solution.
Our approach included:
- Continuous Development of Excel-Based Reports: Enhancing user-friendly Excel reports that integrate schedule information from Primavera P6 and SAP into a cohesive Power BI report.
- System Integration: Strengthening the integration of SAP and Primavera P6 with Power BI to provide users with relevant schedule performance information.
- Ongoing Power BI Report Development: Continuously refining the Power BI report to effectively convey assessment outputs and facilitate improvement planning.
