The Problem.
Horizon Nuclear Power's Project Management Office (PMO) and Programme Controls would be essential components in overseeing the design, development, and construction of a new nuclear power station.
Our Solution.
Movar assumed the pivotal role of Project Controls Lead for the Owners Scope. Our approach involved establishing an embedded team dedicated to overseeing Cost, Schedule, Risk, Reporting, and Document Control aspects.
Beyond this, we played a crucial role in assisting the client in implementing robust systems, namely the Cost Management System and Configuration Management System.
