Job Summary

Movar is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding Commercial and Project Controls capability. You will support the commercial management of infrastructure and capital delivery projects, operating as a consultant within client environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide commercial and quantity surveying support across capital and operational projects.

  • Experience within utilities especially water highly desirable

·       Assist in managing projects from inception through to completion.

·       Support cost planning, forecasting, and reporting.

·       Attend sites to carry out measurements and valuations.

·       Support tendering and commercial evaluations.

·       Assist with variations, final accounts, and applications for payment.

 

Experience and Qualifications

·       HND or degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

·       Experience within construction or infrastructure projects.

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·       Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
